Quality and safety
We were proud to be the first company in our sector to gain ISO accreditation (International Organisation for Standardisation) which encompasses all operational activities and, more recently, CHKS accreditation (the longest established healthcare accreditation organisation in Europe).
All our nurses are fully employed and all regional teams are inspected according to CQC standards. All pharmacy activity meets the RPSGB standards and is regulated by MHRA.
Our approach to delivering high-quality care relies heavily on the involvement of patients, carers, healthcare professionals and commissioners. We routinely collect patient and customer feedback through surveys and we use this to monitor and continuously improve all aspects of our service delivery.

All of our policies and procedures, from how we recruit our staff right through to all of the clinical activity that the teams undertake, is in accordance with the Care Quality Commission standards. We train our staff to such a high standard that they can deal with any situation, from simply comforting a patient right up to dealing with an anaphylactic reaction.
