Information for private patients
We are the only clinical homecare company to be recognised by every UK private medical insurance company and we will be happy to arrange funding with your insurer once your consultant sends us your details. If your consultant makes any changes to your treatment we will update your insurer and re-confirm your insurance cover. If you are paying for treatment yourself, then our customer service team will manage the process with you.
The Healthcare at Home service is a different experience to having treatment in a hospital, and homecare is normally a more cost-effective option than in-hospital care, so if your policy is limited or capped, or if you are paying for your treatment yourself, you will generally be able to afford more treatments.
To find out if your condition could be treated at home, please ask your consultant and/or your insurance company.
