Our specialist nurse team provides acute homecare to patients in areas including chronic disease, end of life, cancer care and supported discharge.

We have 1,000 staff operating out of locations throughout the UK, meaning we can offer our vast range of services nationwide, but delivered locally. We have more experience and breadth than any other home healthcare provider, whether it be in dispensing and delivering medication, administering treatments, educating patients on how to self-administer or ensuring that a patient’s end of life care is as good as it can be. From anaemia to ulcerative colitis, we provide a wider range of home healthcare treatments to more patients than any other UK provider. Our systems are nationally accredited and are backed by a bespoke industry-leading IT infrastructure.

Underpinning our specialist nursing services is the Care Bureau, a multi-purpose IT and telehealth system that provides a single point of access: accepting patient referrals, scheduling home visits for the team, offering around-the-clock telephone support and rapid response and acting as a central repository for all patient notes.
